Adam Jones

Executive Vice President

Adam is responsible for overall growth and strategy of Cedar. Previously, he served as a Vice President at Evergreen, CEO at Xpert Technologies, and an Investor at Alpine.

Fun Fact: Adam hiked the Camino de Santiago, a 550 mile hike across Spain

Gurband Mann

Vice President, Finance

Gurband is responsible for the finance and accounting function across the Cedar portfolio. Previously, he held finance and corporate development roles at EY, Cognizant, and Uplight.

Fun Fact: Gurband has better than perfect vision

Matthew Wagner

M&A Professional

Matthew is responsible for driving Cedar’s inorganic growth across our State and Local and Defense and Intelligence verticals. Prior to Evergreen, Matthew was an Associate on the strategy consulting team at AlphaSights.

Fun Fact: Grandfather was a beltway bandit, working at Lockheed Martin supporting intel for 45 years

Todd Frager

Todd is the CEO of Library Systems & Services. He has spent the majority of his career as a CFO and COO of venture/private equity backed businesses. Todd served as the VP of Finance and Operations for Blackboard’s software division, following the successful acquisition of Moodleroom’s where he served as the CFO. Prior to that position, Todd was the CFO and COO at Spectrumk12, which was acquired by Scantron. Todd enjoys building and growing innovative and disruptive businesses. Companies with a positive social impact.

Casey Fullman

Executive Vice President
LAC FEDERAL

Casey serves as the Executive Vice President of LAC Federal, a federal contractor providing library and data management services to numerous federal agencies. Previously, Casey was an Investor and Advisor of All Risk Shield, a wildfire home defense company based in California, and an Investment Banker at Duff & Phelps (nka Kroll). Casey received his Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, where he graduated with honors.

Joe Frankiewicz

M1 Technology

Joe is the Founder and President of M1 Technology. He has spent over 18 years providing technology consulting services to federal and commercial clients. Previously, he worked at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Dylan Lee

Vice President, Operations
M1 Technology

Dylan is the Vice President of Operations at M1. Prior to M1, Dylan worked as an Associate at Evergreen on their operations team. Additionally, he has worked at Raymond James Financial in their technology investment banking group in San Francisco and in business analytics at a digital media startup in Hong Kong.

Brad Wittwer

Board Chairman

Brad is the Co-Founder and COO of Evergreen and is responsible for Evergreen’s organic growth, cultivating world-class talent, and ensuring Evergreen is the best home for businesses. Prior to Evergreen, Brad was a two-time CEO and a founding associate with Xenon Ventures.

Fun Fact: Brad climbed the East Buttress of El Capitan (an easy route for real climbers!) after an unplanned bivy, a big off-route fall, and other shenanigans.

Kevin Higgins

Advisor

Kevin Higgins served a distinguished 30-year career for the Central Intelligence Agency, where he most recently served as Chief of Staff to CIA Director William J. Burns. He assisted the Director with executing the Agency’s global intelligence mission and confronting our nation’s most intractable national security challenges and emerging threats.
